Ninja Zone is an all new sport that is just taking off. The purpose of Ninja Zone is to build good character and athletic development through sport. Ninja Zone is a combination of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training. The goal is to take the coordination from gymnastics, the discipline from martial arts, the strength and agility from obstacle course training. Boys learn how to tumble, and kick, but they also get to do cool flips off walls and equipment. This is for ages 3-11 and divided into 2 separate levels: Level 1 is 3-6 & Level 2 is 7-11.
