July 2 – 3rd Annual Star Spangled Sundance Party – 3:00 to 10:00 pm

July 4 – Old Fashioned 4th of July Festival at Still Waters – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Beginning with pancake breakfast at 7am, followed by opening ceremonies at 9:00 am, car show, fishing contest, apple pie contest, games, raffles, vendors both food and retail, photo booth, face painting...swimming and entertainment on stage all day. Entry fee is $5.00 per car load plus 2 can goods..all proceeds to charity! Bring your lawn chair and enjoy a family day! Contact: Dene Berry at 817-220-2681. July 4 – Spark in the Park – City of Weatherford Fireworks– 4:00 to 10:00 pm
Fireworks at Heritage Park with live music, food trucks and shopping available. Country music artist Charlie Robison will headline the event with special appearance by Tommy Alverson at the new amphitheater. Spark in the Park is free to the public. Free shuttle service will be provided with parking available at Heritage Park and Weatherford College. July 8 –Deadline for Food Competition Entries – Parker County Peach Festival- 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Bring all entries along with registration form to Barlow Hall – All Saints Anglican Church, 123 Waco St. No late submissions will be accepted. Awards Ceremony on Saturday, July 9, at Noon, Peach Festival Grounds, Kids Tent (corner of York and Dallas). Cobblers, Pies, Cakes & Cupcakes, Breads, Cookies/Bars, Ice Cream, Jams/Jellies, Salsa, Pickled Foods, Savory, Misc. July 9 – Chamber Event – 31st Annual Parker County Peach Festival – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Don’t miss this Peachy event in Historic Downtown Weatherford! 200 Vendors, Arts & Crafts, Produce vendors, Food Competition, Peachy Treats! Children’s activities. 3 Entertainment Stages. $5.00 admission. 12 and under free. Free Park and Ride Shuttles from Weatherford College, Weatherford High School, 9th Grade Center, and the Sheriff’s Posse. July 9 – Peach Pedal – 61-mile route starts at 7:30 am, 39-mile at 7:45, 26 mile and 8-mile at 8:00.
At the Peach Pedal Bike Ride you’ll enjoy… free passes to the Peach Festival for all riders, 4 routes to choose from, great looking t-shirts, water bottles and other goodies. Start and finish at Weatherford High School on I-20 and Bethel Rd. Registration will take place in “The Outback”, east of the main building. Routes and rest stops will close no later than 1:30 pm. July 9 – Texas Bank - Gabe Vick Memorial 42 Tournament – 8:00 am until 11:30 am
Come play the domino game of “42” at Texas Bank. $5.00 per person. Registration forms must be completed prior to playing and are available in the bank lobby during regular business hours. Check-in time is 8:00 am. Coffee and donuts served. Tournament from 8:30 until about 11:30. Trophies are awarded to the top 3 places as well as cash prizes. Texas Bank Financial, 901 Santa Fe Drive.
