The Parker County Peach Festival is a tradition for the Weatherford area and an event we look forward to hosting every year.  The festival was originally designed to honor local growers.  With this tradition in mind, local growers are invited to bring produce, plants, peaches, and other items to the Parker County Peach Festival each year.  Fresh, local produce can be purchased between First Baptist Church and First National Bank on Palo Pinto Street on Saturday, July 11th starting at 8 a.m. Growers will be there until 5pm or when they are sold out of their produce!  If you are a local grower and would like to participate in the Peach Festival, please contact the Weatherford Chamber office.  We hear the crop is looking GREAT so far this year so we expect the produce section will be especially busy at the festival!
